All is well here. I couldn’t be happier with the retort. What a great job and I cannot say enough about your technician who put our machine back to it’s original functioning. I am amazed about how many other people were here to work on it for over 4 years and none listened to what I told them and none fixed it….in fact, in many cases, left it in worse operating condition. Your tech quietly listened to me, asked a couple of questions and went on to correct all of the issues. I have done cremations for Kane Funeral Home for 11 years and have struggled with that machine for over 4 years and for the first time, it is working the way it had worked prior to Matthews rebuilding it. Not only did we get a really bad rebuild, but we had a machine that didn’t function properly. I think American is the BEST ever! What a great rebuild. This may sound corny, but when I open the door to begin or finish a cremation, I just take a minute to admire the work!

Britnie and the “A-Team” were great! It was a pleasure working with Britnie on the planning and coordination of this project.She was very diligent and kept me informed every step of the way. She was very responsive and attentive to each detail from start to finish.
The “A-Team” were on time, courteous and professional in their actions and job performance. They kept me informed as to the progress that was being made each and every day. They were attentive and sensitive to the day to day operations of not only the crematory, but the funeral home and the client families being served during this time. They are an asset to your company, and work well together, paying attention to detail. They were responsive to our questions and concerns during this process. It was a pleasure working with and getting acquainted with this team.
Steve Bunkers follow-up visit was well received. We were experiencing a high fire issue after the rebuild. This issue was quickly identified and corrected. With this being my first rebuild project, I have to say that I am impressed with American Crematory Equipment Company along with the staff and professional service provided on this project.

They were not only professional and efficient, but were also accommodating when it came to us needing some quite time while we were having a visitation and funeral in the chapel adjacent to the bay were they were working.

After using a different product/service provider for all our crematory needs for over 5 years with minimal satisfaction, American Crematory was referred to our company by a business partner and we have been using them ever since! American Crematory has provided us with excellent customer service, great product/service fees, and outstanding results. We highly recommend them for refractory rebuilds!!!

We are thrilled with our A-200 purchase and after 400+ cases in our first 8 months we still have not had any service issues and we have averaged $12 gas cost over the first 400 cases. We more than push the limits of our machine by cremating 8-10 cases some days, often doing 730+ lb bodies without any problems. It’s Rock Solid, Super Efficient and Powerful, made by a company that is friendly, personable, and always just a phone call away.

The service and quality that American Crematory has provided to our company is second to none. American Crematory has by far the best tech support and crematory technicians in the business today!

American Crematory recently replaced my crematory floor. Their team that came to my site did a great job in a short amount of time and cleaned up everything from the job. My equipment was ready for cremating 1 ½ days after the installation. I’m very satisfied with their service.

Thank you for sending us Mike Baker he was very knowledgeable, and was very helpful. He was great with the staff training. The machine is now in great working order, and seems to be operating very efficiently.I wantedto order some items to keep on hand, and I have received my tablet back from Best Buy. I wanted to know what we need to do to get that up and running. Best Buy has wiped that Siemens app installed off of the tablet.

Good afternoon Britnie, Just wanted to give some feedback on the service we had today. Steve was very professional and did an exceptional job. He left the area full of oil very clean. The door to the machine is working perfect, we are very happy with the work he did for us. The work he did for us with the turbine plate some months ago on the ALL #1 is also working great. We haven’t had any issues with that machine. Thank you.

I just wanted to send you a quick note thanking you so much for all of your help with the rebuild, being very responsive to my e-mails. The machine is up and running great. Techs George and Jose could not have been any more professional and efficient. They arrived early each morning, staying as late as we could allow, and finished when projected they would be complete. George and Jose were very patient and understanding of my asking questions as to better understand the machine as they were rebuilding it. Before they left, I told them that whenever we need work done in the future that I would be requesting them. They agreed as long as it was not during the Alabama summer again!
