Operating system Warranty:

Our engineering and product implementation is how we can give a one, two, and three year component warranty. Note: All systems don’t have any monthly fee unlike our competition.

American Standard – 1 Year

ACS-1 PLC & Touchscreen – 2 Year

American “Instant Access” – 2 Year

ARIES Operating System – Standard 2 Year (3 year upgrade option)

Guardian D.A.S. (Data Acquisition System) – Standard 2 Year (3 year upgrade option)

Refractory Repair Warranty:

Warranty:  American Crematory will warranty the stated repairs for 1 year following the installation date.  Warranties are contingent upon the amount of cases cremated in the chamber from time of installation.  Labor costs are not included under material warranty.  Please Note: due to thermal shock, refractories can crack in due time.  This is nothing to be alarmed about.  All refractories crack.  Warranty will commence upon final payment and completion or original repairs.

Warranty for Goods and Services:

Seller’s cremation equipment and collateral equipment sold are warranted free from defected in workmanship and/or materials under normal use and service, for two (2) year from date of installation. Seller’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any parts or part, F.O.B. Santa Fe Springs, California. Which may prove defective under normal use and service within two (2) year from date of installation, and which is found by our inspection to be thus defective. This warranty shall not apply to any crematory and collateral equipment which has been repaired or altered outside our factory in any way so as, in our judgment, to affect its performance, safety, stability and reliability. No other express warranty is given. Written notice of defect must be received by Seller within Warranty period. At Purchaser’s request, Seller will make reasonable efforts to provide warranty service at the project premises. If the fault has been caused by improper installation (other than by Seller or third parties under contract to Seller) maintenance or use, or by abnormal conditions of operations, repairs will be billed at normal rates. Labor and sustenance are not included in the warranty for good and services. If any part, or parts prove defective within the warranty period, American Crematory Equipment Company will provide a replacement part or parts at no cost to the buyer. If the material proves defective, American Crematory Equipment Company will either pro-rate the effected area, or provide material free of charge to the buyer. Labor will be billed at a standard rate. Freight is the responsibility of the buyer.

The only warranties hereby given are those given by the manufacturer of the goods. NO WARRANTY IS INCLUDED AGAINST ANY EXPENSE FOR REMOVAL, REINSTALLATION, LOSS OF VALUE OF USE, LOST PROFITS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY DEFECT OR DELAY. THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY SELLER AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
